At Itinéraire International, we believe that: autonomy of young people begin by knowing their rights and that programs exist to make mobility accessible for all. That is why our team regularly organizes meetings, in our structure and at local partners, to inform and present international mobility; programs, conditions of access and benefits.
Besides, we also participate and co-organize events related to international mobility, such as forums or thematic events. These actions allow to raise awareness, lower prejudices, spread testimonies, talk about the young people rights and deal with other subjects like European citizenship and non-formal education for instance.

Individualized Mentoring of the young people
Mentoring is the heart of our activities. Every youngster that comes into our organisation has different experiences, will and needs. In order for them to draw their own path, each of them is mentored by a Mobility Adviser that helps them build the best project of mobility!
The Mobility Adviser is in regular contact with every young, their mission is to guide them before the departure, once abroad, but also on the way back to value the experience.
Together they design the project: choosing the most relevant and adapted form of mobility (EVS, professional training, job, volunteering, etc…). They prepare the departure: linguistic, pedagogical and intercultural training. They are in regular contact once abroad to make sure the experience goes well. And they evaluate and valuate the experience on the way back. In fact that’s the best way to insure a long term impact of the experience.
