"MI4ALL" is the new project we are taking part of. It's a partnership with 3 majors goals :

-     Rethink and value the role of the Mobility Adviser at an European scale. The mentoring of young people with fewer opportunities exists but is conceptualized differently depending of the countries and organisations and is not enough recognized.
-     Propose different axes of training adapted to every country: once the module of training created, the will have to be integrated adapted to each country.
-
    Approach the theme of the mobility in general: in many structures and networks, the debates are above all interested in a mobility program. Here, it will be important to combine actors acting in different fields: volunteering, internship or employment.

The kickoff meeting will take place in Paris on the 5-6 of October.

"EVS4ALL" is a partnership that aims to take a first step towards the implementation of a ‘European Year of Volunteering for Everyone’, as described in the manifesto “We are Europe! Manifesto for Rebuilding Europe from the Bottom Up“.

The partners wanted to place the topics of volunteering, participation in democratic life, as well as social inclusion on the public agenda in three ways:
-     including young people with fewer opportunities and limited access to the European Voluntary Service (EVS) who have so far been underrepresented in the existing programme;
-     enlisting the involvement of and offering outreach to further stakeholders like foundations, municipalities, regional and national governments, companies etc. to engage in EVS in order to enlarge its capacities in Europe;
-     promoting EVS – specifically, the idea of a more inclusive EVS – by means of a widespread communication and dissemination strategy.

Itinéraire International has also coordinated several European partnerships:

“Re-Engagement of Vulnerable Adults with Europe” is a Grundtvig partnership working on the ways to get marginalized adults back to work or education.

The main objective was to find new ways to address “harder to reach adults”. Thus, an important exchange process was set up between the partners to define the characteristics of people entering this category, identify the needs of the professionals in that field, and establish case study stories of reengagement interventions. It helped to review motivational success criteria in order to have an efficient approach.

“The Common Box” is a Grundtvig Partnership project established in order to improve the efficiency of organizations in the field of volunteering.

The project aim was to improve the quality of the voluntary sector to meet targets. facilitate local networks and help associations to:
-  find new initiatives;
-  share methods of evaluation
- share innovative strategies in fund-raising communication, promotion & marketing.

“Let’s develop mobility for adults with special needs!” is a Leonardo Partnership project about inclusion of disabled people in Europe.

The goal of the project was to share practices and develop projects in Europe around European mobility experiences for adults with special needs.

The general objective was to provide to organizations the necessary tools and skills to create projects that will enhance European mobility and professional inclusion opportunities for the public. Another general objective was to give disabled adults the opportunity to have a professional experience in Europe and then develop their professional skills as well as their social/European skills.
